Populations and Areas of Focus
I support clients from 15+ years of age. Some of the concerns I help people with include anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship issues, LGBTQ2+ related issues, identity, existential concerns (meaning in life), life transitions, and substance use. The best way to know if we are a good fit to work together is to have a free 20 minute consultation.
Every person has their own lived experience, personal preferences, and values. With this in mind, I always adapt therapy to the needs of each client. I consider myself to be active in conversation, compassionate, and provide supportive guidance to my clients.
