About Me

My insatiable curiosity has guided many of my decisions. One of those decisions was to study philosophy and counseling psychology, where I’ve had the opportunity to think deeply about important questions and what it means to be human. I have continued my professional adventure by studying a type of therapy called Existential Analysis; A person oriented psychotherapy with the aim of helping people access a free felt experience, to take authentic positionings, and develop a self-responsible way of dealing with themselves and their world. Being involved in the growing field of existential therapy has been a tremendous gift.

I have immense gratitude for the experience of being a therapist and am committed to improving the life of each person I work with. I have worked with people of various walks of life and I always appreciate getting to know the unique world of every client. I pride myself on my open mindedness and meet every person with compassion regardless of their perspectives.

Outside of my therapy practice, I spend my time playing jazz music, playing competitive soccer, and hiking with my German Shepherd, Bongo. I also enjoy reading and writing and have included a page of my favorite reading list. In case you are an animal person, there is a picture of Bongo below, he likes to be the center of attention in any way that he can.
